Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

 

Your box begins its journey from Thailand and typically reaches you within 1-2 weeks of the shipping date. Please allow up to 4 weeks, considering possible delays due to local customs procedures or weather conditions.

For shipments to the US, orders are dispatched from Thailand and delivered directly by USPS, usually within 1-2 weeks of shipping. Please note that initial tracking updates may not appear immediately as your order travels to USPS.

During peak periods, such as holidays, tracking updates may experience delays due to increased carrier volumes.

Our Marie's Bites Snack box measures 20x30x11cm. You can trust that the quantity and value of products remain consistent each month, with our curated assortment typically containing 10-12 items.

Can I tailor my subscription box snacks for dietary restrictions and food allergies?

At present, we're unable to accommodate customizations based on specific dietary restrictions or food allergies due to limited inventory. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in snack items. Please enjoy snacks responsibly, taking into account any personal health considerations.

While we take every precaution to prevent transit damages, sometimes mishandling by carriers can occur.

Please Note: As temperatures rise, chocolates may be affected. Above 23°C (73°F), slight damage may occur, while above 28°C (82°F), melting may occur during transit. We regret any temperature-related damages incurred during shipping.

How do I update my shipping address for my subscription box snacks?

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust your subscription. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Process: To deactivate or cancel your subscription and prevent future renewals, simply email us at mariesbites@outlook.com with your name and the email associated with the subscription. Please do this at least 1 day before your subscription renewal date. For example, if your renewal date is on the 25th of each month, you must cancel by the 24th to avoid being billed for the next month's shipment.

Multi-month Subscriptions / Prepaid Shipments: If you have a multi-month subscription, deactivating your subscription prevents future renewals but does not cancel remaining or upcoming prepaid shipments. If you cancel after your subscription renews, your last charge will be for that renewal, and you'll receive all remaining prepaid shipments.

Partial Refunds for Remaining Prepaid Shipments: Should you need to cancel a multi-month subscription before all shipments are processed, contact our support team. We may be able to provide a partial refund for the unprocessed shipments. We value flexibility and aim to accommodate our subscribers' needs whenever possible.

How can I change to a different size or subscription plan?

When will I be billed for my subscription box snacks?

Your initial payment occurs upon checkout. Subsequent billings will take place on the same date every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months from the date of your original purchase, depending on your subscription payment plan.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the delicate nature and shorter shelf lives of our curated artisanal snacks, all purchases made through mariebites.com are considered final and non-refundable. While we do not accept returns, we are here to address any concerns you may have.

To manage your subscription preferences, we kindly request deactivating it before the renewal date if you prefer not to receive future boxes. Please note that subscription renewals are non-refundable, but we're happy to assist you with any changes you'd like to make.

If your order is delayed and hasn't arrived within 4 weeks from the shipping date, please contact us at mariesbites@outlook.com through our Contact Us page. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will promptly address your concerns.

For missing or lost orders, please inform us within 10 weeks from the shipping confirmation date to be eligible for reimbursement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter.

Can I be charged in a currency other than USD?

Currently, all orders are processed exclusively in USD.

If customs charges, fees, or taxes are incurred, you are solely responsible for covering these expenses. Marie's Bites cannot be held liable for any customs charges or taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. Customs taxes are imposed by local authorities, and Marie's Bites has no control over whether import taxes are applied.
