When will my subscription box snacks box be shipped?
Your order usually ships within 1-3 business days after your initial purchase. You'll receive a notification once your box is on its way.

US Shipments:
Orders to the US are dispatched from Thailand and routed to USPS, typically arriving within 1-2 weeks. Initial tracking updates may take some time as the order travels to USPS.
Possible Delays:
Weather, postal disruptions, or customs clearance may cause delays. Please wait within the mentioned timeframes before contacting us about missing or lost boxes.
Lost or Damaged Box:
If you receive notice of a damaged or lost box from the post office, email us a photo of the correspondence. We'll promptly arrange a replacement.
Final Delivery via Local Postal Service:
Orders shipped via Thailand Post are handed over to your local government postal service (e.g., USPS in the U.S.) for final delivery.
When is the deadline to order next month's box?
Returning subscribers must place their orders by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the current month to receive the upcoming month's box. Your box ships within 1 week of ordering.
Can I expect my box to arrive by a particular date?
Typically, Marie's Bites Subscription Box Snacks orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, varying based on shipping method or destination country.
Regrettably, we can't ensure delivery by a specific date due to international shipping variability from Thailand.

How can I order boxes to ship to different addresses?
We appreciate your desire to share Marie's Bites with your loved ones!
Currently, each subscription or gift order requires a unique shipping address. To send boxes to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.
Can customs affect my package delivery time?
We advise reviewing customs regulations before placing your order to anticipate any potential delays. International shipments must pass through customs, which might cause a slight delay in delivery. Once cleared, your package will be forwarded to your local post office.
Please be aware that shipments to the EU and other destinations may require additional customs information, such as your Passport Number or Tax ID, and may involve duty payments before clearance.
Why hasn't my package moved according to the tracking number?
We understand your eagerness to receive your Marie's Bites, but please note that delays during transit are beyond our control.
International shipments undergo customs inspection upon arrival in the destination country. Customs release times are outside our influence. Keep monitoring your tracking information to track its progress and eventual release.
My subscription box snacks was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it!
It's typical for there to be a delay between when a parcel is marked as "delivered" and when it actually arrives. In some cases, it may take 3-4 days or up to 1 week.
If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of being marked as delivered, please first contact your local post office and then reach out to us at mariesbites@outlook.com so we can assist you further.
What does "retention" mean on my tracking status?
If your tracking indicates "Retention" status under the shipping tracking record column, it could mean that your package is undergoing customs inspection or that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. In the latter case, a notification slip should have been left with instructions for package retrieval. If no slip was received, it's possible the package is still held at customs, requiring a few days for clearance. We advise contacting your local post office promptly to address the situation.

What does "Arrival At Collection Point" mean?
If your tracking indicates: "Item arrival at the collection point for pick-up," it signifies that your parcel is ready for pickup at the local post office branch. We advise contacting your local post office promptly to arrange collection, as failure to do so may result in the item being returned to us.
Please reach out to your local post office for further details regarding the delivery.
My tracking says my package is at the post office. Do I need to go pick it up?
If you see "Item Arrival At Collection Point" on your tracking - please go to your local post office ASAP with your tracking number and valid photo ID.
If you do not know where your local post office is, please call your country's main post office hub helpline to determine where your item is being held at.
If you do not do this within a certain time frame, your package will be shipped back to Thailand.
